Arsenio Willey, 21, Curtis Shearer, 22, and Kimberly Jackson, 38, were arrested today by federal agents and charged with conspiring with suspended NJCU office manager Shaunette Ruffin Moody to steal over $420,000 from the schools Student Government Organization.
